Refund & Cancellation Policy
For custom manufacturing contracts, e-bike/e-rickshaw chargers, battery charger modules, and public charging station orders:
- Cancellations: Order cancellations must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of contract finalization. Custom built equipment cannot be cancelled once production begins.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed in the individual product supply agreements. Approved refunds are processed to the original bank account within 7-10 business days.
